I spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry and after experiencing burnout and life changes, decided to change my path. I own Savasana Skin & Beauty and a private chef for Yoga retreats all over the world and fell in love with Yoga and the way it made me feel. I was at peace every time I stepped onto my mat. It was therapy.
